All prices quoted are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Bulky and Oversized Items
All items classified as bulky or oversized, including but not limited to printers, office furniture, and technology products, will incur a fixed delivery fee of $49.00 for all capital cities, with specific exceptions. For customers in Tasmania, the Northern Territory, and all regional zones, we offer a personalized freight quotation. Kindly use the **’Add to Quote’** feature available on the product page to request this service.

An extra fee of $60.00 will be applied for all furniture deliveries within Central Business Districts (CBD) of major cities. Free shipping is applicable to most metropolitan areas in QLD, NSW, WA, SA, and VIC for orders exceeding $199. However, regional, remote, bulky, or heavy items may attract supplementary freight charges.

Furniture Assembly and Integrated Delivery Service
Recognizing that many clients may lack the time, necessary tools, or inclination to assemble their new purchases, we offer a comprehensive installation service. Let us handle the setup, allowing you to focus on your core priorities.
💰 Rates & Availability
✓ Standard Rate: A flat rate of $120.00, or 15% of your invoice total (whichever amount is greater).
✓ Eligible Locations: Applicable for all furniture items assembled and delivered to the following capital cities: VIC, NSW, QLD, WA.
⚠️ Service Exclusions
This assembly and installation service does not extend to:
✓ Mobile shelving units.
✓ Orders with a total value exceeding $10,000.00.
🏢 Central Business District (CBD) Deliveries.
For any orders requiring delivery within the CBD areas of major cities, an additional charge of $60.00 will apply. We will contact you to arrange this supplementary payment before your order is dispatched.
Key Delivery Information
✓ Express and satchel delivery options are suitable for parcels weighing less than 3kg (based on actual or cubic weight).
✓ Should your order exceed the standard weight or size limitations of our carriers, our dedicated team will contact you to provide an adjusted freight quotation.
✓ Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and apply exclusively to items currently in stock. Variations may occur for pre-orders, backorders, and products with extended lead times.
✓ Large, cumbersome, delicate, or heavy goods, including but not limited to furniture, paper products, and janitorial supplies, may incur specific fixed or additional shipping charges.
✓ Orders dispatched to outlying regional or remote locations may require additional transit time.
Click and Collect Service
Our Click and Collect service is available from any of our warehouse locations, contingent on stock availability. Upon successful order processing, we will furnish you with the warehouse
address details and any further information required for the collection of your items. You will receive a notification once your order is prepared and ready for pickup
Our Logistics Partners
We facilitate shipping through a diverse network including Australia Post, StarTrack, Aramex, Couriers Please, and direct fulfillment centers from various manufacturers or distributors across Australia. Please note that delivery timeframes are approximate and are subject to the operational conditions of the carriers and potential external delays
Authority to Leave Instructions
If you opt for ‘Authority to Leave’ during the checkout process, our courier partners are authorized to leave your parcel unattended at the designated delivery location. By selecting this option, you assume full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur after the delivery has been completed as per your instructions.
Volume Orders and Bespoke Freight Quotes
For substantial, bulk, or specialized orders, you have the option to request a tailored freight quotation by utilizing the ‘Add to Quote’ feature on the relevant product page. Our team typically responds to such inquiries within 4 business hours.
Large & Bulky Items
Large and heavy items such as furniture will incur a delivery cost based on your location and the weight of the items.
For all country and regional areas, we will contact you with a delivery price once your order has been processed. We will always endeavour to keep the delivery cost as low as possible.
